How bioresonance works
Using noise-cancelling headphones as an example – why counter-signals can balance out stressful frequency components without blocking anything.
Everything vibrates – harmoniously or disrupted
Bioresonance assumes that both the human body and its surroundings constantly emit electromagnetic frequency patterns. Healthy or undisturbed patterns vibrate harmoniously.
Stressful components – for example from electrosmog, stress or other influences – can, by contrast, act as interference signals and affect the balance.
How noise-cancelling works
The classic principle of bioresonance can be explained well using noise-cancelling headphones:

The microphones in the headphones pick up the ambient noise.
From this, the electronics generate an opposite-phase signal in real time – the so-called anti-noise.
When the sound wave and the anti-noise meet, they cancel each other out. The noise becomes much quieter or largely inaudible.
Bioresonance uses exactly this principle
Instead of sound, it is about frequency patterns: the device balances out or harmonizes the disruptive frequency peaks – without blocking the useful signals of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular networks.
- 01The device captures the frequency patterns of the surroundings.
- 02It identifies the stressful components.
- 03It generates an opposing (inverted) signal.
- 04This signal is returned and is intended to balance out or harmonize the disruptive frequency peaks.
How Reso Shield works
Reso Shield follows this approach: it deliberately creates destructive interference to balance out stressful frequency components in the surroundings and make the environment more harmonious.
