Reso Shield is a product family designed to harmonize electromagnetic frequencies in your environment – at home, in the car, on your device and on your body. It is based on the principle of bioresonance. All models are passive components, are developed and made in Germany and need no operation.

Electrosmog is the umbrella term for artificially generated electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields – for example from power lines, Wi-Fi, mobile networks, Bluetooth or DECT phones. Bioresonance assumes that the body and its surroundings interact through frequency patterns. Stressful components are meant to be balanced out by opposing signals – similar to noise-cancelling headphones. Bioresonance is a method of complementary medicine and not part of conventional medicine. Explained in detail →

Inside are specially programmed carrier materials. Following the principle of classic bioresonance, frequencies are applied to them in inverted (“mirrored”) form. Together with the existing electromagnetic field, this creates destructive interference designed to harmonize stressful frequency peaks. More on “How it works” →

Shielding blocks wireless signals – Wi-Fi or your phone then work worse or not at all. Reso Shield takes a different approach: the frequencies remain, only stressful frequency peaks are meant to be balanced out. That is why we speak of harmonization.

The Plug stays in the wall outlet and harmonizes around 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft) on one floor. The Hybrid does exactly the same at home – and in addition, you can take its plug module out of the base station (Field Expander) and use it on the go: on your smartphone, next to your laptop or in the car on the center console or dashboard.

The Car is a flat device just for on the go: car interior, hotel nightstand, camping – no outlet needed. The Hybrid can be used in the car in the same way, but can also work at home like a Plug. If you need both, choose the Hybrid instead of a Plug and a Car.

The Plug, Hybrid and Car harmonize a room or the car interior – everyone who spends time there benefits: family, friends, colleagues. The Amulet, on the other hand, is very personal: it is meant only for the person wearing it. The Sticker works directly on the device it is attached to.

Yes. The products complement each other: for example one Plug per floor at home, the Car in the car, Stickers on the family’s smartphones and an Amulet for on the go.

Yes. The Plug and Hybrid work discreetly in the outlet and need no operation. For children’s tablets and phones there is the Sticker.

Plug it into an outlet as central as possible on your living level. It works immediately and can stay plugged in permanently – in the bedroom too.

Plug and Hybrid (at home): around 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft) on one floor – depending on construction and structural conditions, such as reinforced concrete. Car and Hybrid (on the go): the car interior or the device they are placed next to. Sticker: the device it is attached to. Amulet: the person wearing it.

One per floor. For very large floor plans of more than 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft) on one level, we recommend an additional Plug. If you are unsure, our team will be happy to advise you.

Peel off the film and stick the Sticker directly onto your device – ideally over the built-in electronics (on smartphones usually at the top of the back). Important: do not stick it onto a case or cover; the chip needs contact with the electronics. Once attached, please do not remove it – for a new device you need a new Sticker.

Directly on the skin over the thymus gland – that is the upper chest area, roughly at the level of the breastbone between the collarbones. Use a leather, fabric or plastic cord, not a metal chain. Take it off when showering or bathing, and please do not wear it during therapeutic frequency applications (e.g. bioresonance). What is the thymus gland? →

This is very individual. Many people report a changed feeling in the room or calmer sleep; others do not consciously notice anything. With the Amulet, some people notice a temporary reaction in the first few days, similar to an initial reaction in naturopathy – so start with shorter wearing times. If you are unsure, talk to your consultant or therapist.

Yes. The Car, Sticker, Amulet and the Hybrid module do not need an outlet. You can plug the Plug in at your hotel – outside the country of your country version you may need a travel adapter. For permanent use abroad we recommend the matching country version, as the frequency landscape can vary from country to country.

In gas-powered cars too. Every modern car today contains a lot of electronics, cables and wireless modules – navigation, infotainment, Bluetooth, driver assistance systems. Ideally, place the Car in the center console tray.

No. Reso Shield is a passive component with 0 watts of power consumption. The Plug and Hybrid sit in a wall outlet but use no electricity – so no power costs, no heat, nothing to switch on or off. The Car, Sticker and Amulet need no outlet at all.

It is the current set of frequencies applied to your Reso Shield. It takes into account the frequencies relevant today – including the 5G mobile standard as rolled out in 2026. When new standards arrive, you can have your device updated.

No. There is no rechargeable battery, no battery and no settings. The Plug and Hybrid have fully potted internals and are therefore robust. Keep the devices dry, do not open them and wipe them with a dry cloth if needed. Please do not leave the Car on the dashboard in direct sunlight for long periods.

As electrical devices, the Plug, Hybrid and Car must not go in household waste (WEEE reg. no. 80867483). You can take them to a collection point or simply send them back to us.
