5G
The fifth generation of mobile networks. It enables higher data rates and, besides familiar ranges, also uses new frequency bands, e.g. around 3.6 gigahertz. The rollout of 5G was one of the reasons for the Reso Shield update service.
Bioresonance, frequencies, transponder chip & more – every term around Reso Shield, simply explained.
The fifth generation of mobile networks. It enables higher data rates and, besides familiar ranges, also uses new frequency bands, e.g. around 3.6 gigahertz. The rollout of 5G was one of the reasons for the Reso Shield update service.
The current set of frequencies applied to the carrier materials or the chip of a Reso Shield. It takes into account the frequencies relevant today, including 5G as rolled out in 2026. When new standards arrive, the device can be updated.
A handmade one-of-a-kind piece worn on the body – as a motif amulet or with a semi-precious stone. Inside sits a programmed transponder chip. It is worn with skin contact over the thymus gland on a cord without metal. It is meant only for the person wearing it.
A method of complementary medicine developed in the 1970s. It assumes that the body and its surroundings interact through electromagnetic frequency patterns. Stressful components are meant to be balanced out by opposing, inverted signals – similar to noise-cancelling headphones. Reso Shield uses this principle to harmonize disruptive frequencies. Bioresonance is not part of conventional medicine.
A short-range wireless standard, e.g. between smartphone, headphones, watch or car. It uses the 2.4 gigahertz band and belongs to high frequency.
A field concerned with healthy living – from building materials and indoor climate to electric and electromagnetic fields. Structural conditions such as reinforced concrete or wall construction also affect how far a Reso Shield Plug reaches.
Special materials inside Reso Shield products onto which frequencies are applied in inverted form, following the principle of classic bioresonance. Together with the existing electromagnetic field, they are designed to create destructive interference.
An electrical component made of wound wire that can build up a magnetic field. In the Reso Shield Plug, the coil’s field distributes the frequency information of the carrier materials throughout the room.
Methods based on practical experience and observation that are not part of conventional, scientifically recognized medicine – for example bioresonance, EAV or HRV-based energy analyses. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
The Reso Shield Plug comes in versions for different countries. They differ in the plug for the respective wall outlet and are tailored to the conditions of that country, because the frequency landscape can vary from country to country.
The wireless standard for cordless landline phones (around 1.9 gigahertz in Europe). On many models the base station transmits continuously, even when no one is on the phone.
The overlap of two waves that oscillate in exactly opposite directions: crest meets trough, and the waves weaken each other. Noise-cancelling headphones use this principle for sound; Reso Shield uses it, following the bioresonance principle, for stressful frequency peaks.
A measuring method of complementary medicine developed in the 1950s by the physician Reinhold Voll. It measures the electrical skin resistance at acupuncture points. Together with an EAV therapist, Reso Shield developed a protocol to observe its use with EAV as well. EAV is not scientifically recognized.
Arises wherever electricity flows or wireless signals are transmitted: through cables, devices and cell towers. It consists of an electric and a magnetic component and is a fixed part of modern everyday life.
A term for people who, by their own perception, react sensitively to electromagnetic fields, e.g. with restlessness, head pressure or sleep problems. Science has not yet established a direct link; nevertheless, many people clearly report such perceptions.
An umbrella term for artificially generated electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields – from power lines and household appliances to Wi-Fi, mobile networks and Bluetooth. The word combines “electro” and “smog”: an invisible “haze” of fields that surrounds us almost around the clock.
A term some experts use instead of “electrosmog” because the exposure affects people continuously and everywhere.
The base station of the Reso Shield Hybrid. It is connected to the wall outlet and holds the removable plug module. Together they work at home like a Reso Shield Plug on around 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft). Like all Reso Shield products, the Field Expander is a passive component.
The number of oscillations per second, measured in hertz (Hz). The power grid in Europe oscillates at 50 Hz (60 Hz in the US), Wi-Fi at several billion oscillations per second (gigahertz). The higher the frequency, the shorter the wavelength.
The interplay of many frequencies present in a room at the same time – from power lines, router, phone, the neighbors’ Wi-Fi and mobile networks. According to the bioresonance approach, such patterns can be harmonious or stressful.
A particularly strong or prominent component within a frequency pattern. Reso Shield is designed to harmonize exactly these stressful peaks, while the useful signals (Wi-Fi, mobile network, Bluetooth) remain unchanged.
The approach of not blocking electromagnetic influences but balancing out their stressful components in the environment. All devices and wireless connections remain fully usable. This is what sets Reso Shield apart from shielding.
The unit of frequency: 1 hertz = one oscillation per second. 1 kilohertz (kHz) = 1,000, 1 megahertz (MHz) = 1 million, 1 gigahertz (GHz) = 1 billion oscillations per second. Named after the physicist Heinrich Hertz.
The frequency range in which electric and magnetic fields combine into radiation that detaches from its source and spreads in all directions. Typical sources: mobile networks incl. 5G, smartphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, DECT phones, microwaves.
The natural variation in the time intervals between two heartbeats. A healthy heart does not beat like a metronome but adapts constantly. HRV is considered an indicator of stress, recovery and the body’s adaptability and is measured with chest straps, electrodes or sensors.
A two-component system consisting of the Field Expander and a removable plug module. At home it works like a Plug on around 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft); on the go you place the module on your smartphone, next to your laptop or in your car (center console or dashboard).
A service in which a Reso Shield consultant comes to your home or workplace, assesses the conditions on site and creates your personal Reso Shield from them.
In naturopathy, a temporary reaction at the start of an application. Some people notice something like this when they first wear the amulet for a longer time. That is why we recommend starting with shorter wearing times and talking to your consultant or therapist if you are unsure.
The overlap of two or more waves. If they oscillate in sync, they reinforce each other (constructive interference); if they oscillate in opposite directions, they weaken each other (destructive interference).
A “mirrored” oscillation: where the original wave has a crest, the inverted one has a trough. Following the principle of classic bioresonance, such inverted frequencies are applied to the carrier materials of Reso Shield.
The frequency range below about 10 kilohertz. These fields arise where electricity flows – at service panels, cables in walls, outlets, lamps, overhead lines or transformer stations – and usually stay close to their source.
The wireless network for cell phones and mobile internet (2G to 5G). Cell towers and devices transmit in various frequency ranges between about 700 megahertz and several gigahertz.
An HRV analysis system that derives indicators such as stress index, vitality or biological age from heartbeat measurements. More than 10 practice tests with Reso Shield were documented with it (before/after). These are individual case observations, not a clinical study.
A headphone technology: microphones pick up ambient noise, the electronics generate an opposing signal (anti-noise), and the two largely cancel each other out. This image helps to understand the principle of bioresonance.
A regular back-and-forth motion, e.g. of a string, a sound wave or an electromagnetic field. How often this happens per second is given by the frequency.
A component without its own power supply and without power consumption. All Reso Shield products are passive components with 0 watts of power consumption: the Plug and the Hybrid sit in a wall outlet but use no electricity.
The model for home and office: simply plug it into a wall outlet and it harmonizes around 80 m² (approx. 860 sq ft) on one floor. No buttons, no settings, 0 watts of power consumption.
The removable part of the Reso Shield Hybrid. At home it sits in the Field Expander; on the go it uses the existing electromagnetic field of a device – such as a smartphone – and needs no outlet.
The propagation of energy in the form of waves or particles. In connection with electrosmog, this means electromagnetic radiation in the high-frequency range – i.e. wireless signals from phones, Wi-Fi or cell towers. It should not be confused with radioactive radiation.
A system vibrating along when it is excited at its own frequency – like a wine glass that starts to ring at a certain tone. The term is also found in “bioresonance” and in the name “Reso Shield”.
Blocking or dampening electromagnetic fields, for example with metal mesh, special paints or foils. Wireless connections become weaker or drop out. Reso Shield deliberately does not shield – it harmonizes.
A small sticker (approx. 2 × 1.5 cm / 0.8 × 0.6 in) with a transponder chip for smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. It sticks directly onto the device over the electronics – not onto the case – and cannot be removed again.
An indicator from HRV analysis that describes how strongly the autonomic nervous system is currently set to tension. In the Reso Shield practice tests it was measured before and after use.
An organ of the immune system in the upper chest, behind the breastbone between the collarbones. It is most active in childhood and adolescence. The Reso Shield Amulet is worn with skin contact right over this spot.
A small chip that works without its own power source and responds to an existing field. In the Reso Shield Sticker and Amulet it is programmed with frequencies and returns received interference frequencies in mirrored form – following the principle of destructive interference.
The name of the updatable version of Reso Shield products, which can be updated free of charge to the latest frequencies.
When a major technical change comes along, such as a new mobile standard, you can send in your Reso Shield and have it reprogrammed to the latest state free of charge – you only pay for shipping.
The distance between two wave crests. The higher the frequency, the shorter the wavelength: the 50 Hz power grid has a wavelength of around 6,000 km (3,700 miles), Wi-Fi at 5 gigahertz only about 6 cm (2.4 in).
A wireless local network through which routers, laptops, smartphones and smart home devices communicate – in the 2.4, 5 and 6 gigahertz bands. Wi-Fi 7 is the latest generation with higher data rates. The current Reso Shield programming also takes Wi-Fi 7 into account.
